To start with , I play at home , no gigs , even though I have some pedals I don’t all that often use them so my opinion may be worthless. I’ll be honest, I’ve never tried a Blues Driver in my rig. I’ve had both but got rid of the Blues Driver and just have the TS-9 now.

Stacks better with the BD2 also. Aug 30, 4. You cannot post new topics in this forum You cannot reply to topics in this forum You cannot edit your posts in this forum You cannot delete your posts in this forum.

I watch a lot of probably too many gear review videos on YouTube which is a good way to get a general idea of how a piece of gear sounds, although some reviewers are definitely better than others in terms of review method and equipment used to create the review. More volume, gain, and compression. It seems to be a Tube Screamer with some snottier attitude.
Would love to hear your opinions. Just dial it to noon and let it go. So you mean the Waza version crackles less on higher gain? The OCD is one of the few that makes me waver in that statement, but obviously not jbanez to make me go out and get one–or I’d already have it!
I’d recommend trying both side by side if you can and see which suits you best!
Granted, my TS9 is modded for more bass and low-end crunch which gets dialed back by the BD2but I’m sure you can get the same sound by playing with pedal settings or EQ. By itself, its bianez high-gain rhythm tone, but I think these pedals really shine when played together.
The Keeley does a great job at sounding more like a cranked amp with no loss of low end, has just as much or more drive depending on your settings but has great clarity to it because it is more full range. The two pedals are the Ibanez Tubescreamer Ts9? The BD-2 has a lot more dirt available, and more clean boost too if I’m not mistaken. I bought the Keeley with true bypass about 2 years agoand I have to say it is a beautiful sounding improvement over any I have previously heard. What are the best pedals? SprocketApr 13, I use the TS9 for tx9 sounds. I like to change the cheap little caps to electrolytics bboss make them more transparent and lower the value of the tone stack resistors to 2.
I can weigh in a little in favor of the TS9 over the Blues Driver. I appreciate it greatly. StephensSep 2,
