I purchased the Hi-Bore XLi’s and absolutely love them. When people say that these are the easiest and straightest irons they ever hit they aren’t ly ing. Notify me of new posts by email. It minimizes cut sidespin substantially. Would you say it is a huge improvement over the HiBore XL?

I hkbore notice however that almost every hit I took felt good. I bought this set after trying the new technology club head style with the irons.
Brilliant club, good looks, sound and feel off face at impact. I found that I simply cannot hit this driver unless intentionally trying to cut the ball.

I have no problem working this club on the tee box. I must not have been alone. I love the XL.
Cleveland HiBore Monster XLS Driver Review
The head design feels very comfortable to hit, and as with rescue clubs, the new design does not deter from allowing me to work the ball, or maintain my normal distances with the various irons. When people say that these are the easiest and straightest irons they ever hit they aren’t ly ing. If you are thinking about buying them, stop thinking and start doing, you won’t regret it. Old man clubs but just what I needed.
All the sets hit fairly comper able.
I have the 6 through PW and now I’m going to have to add the 3 through 5 to complete the set and I’ve never carried an iron lower than a 5, that is how good they are. I’ve forgotten my password.
I had to make contact well out on the toe or way in on the heel before I could tell where the clubface met the ball. The yardage increase from the clleveland and draw never have had before this club is huge. Even a hard practicing pro like Vijay Singh had trouble with his driving once he switched over to the hibore from the launcher range.
I feel that I can get more distance while hitting the ball lower with the HiBore. The HiBORE is not a bad cleveand driver, provided you can get over the scooped-out look of the head, presumably inspired by the old Halo hybrid.
I personally believe the technology in the hibore range is best suited to non-driver woods and hybrids.
Cleveland 2009 Launcher Driver Review
Just purchased the Hibore HLS This is one good driver. Your mileage may vary.
I had already switched to a Hi-Bore driver. It actually kind of hurts my ears until I look up and see the ball speeding down the fairway. A little longer than my Ping irons.

I really like the feel of the club the ability to feel the head in the swing is terrific. So I temporarily changed my swing to fit what the driver seemed to want to do. The driver was supposed to hit the ball high, straight, and long.
Tried all the newest stuff out there on the launch monitor and the Hi Bore XLS was showing the xleveland results for me.
I still hit my old Launcher 4W although with a new Fujikara E 0209. I am an avid golf fan who doesnt get to golf as much as i’d like. It was easy to hit and produced great results.
